Injector

The injector is actually a simple solenoid valve. When the solenoid is energized, the suction is generated. The needle valve is sucked up, the nozzle is opened, and the fuel is ejected at a high speed through the annular gap between the needle of the needle head and the nozzle. It forms a mist, which is good for burning. As injectors are consuming parts like seal kits, therefore we need to think about several ways: first how to clean fuel injectors when there is problems; how does fuel injection service, second, how to do diesel fuel injector repair via injector repair shop; if it doesn’t work, how to choose a new injector and evaluate how much do injections cost or new fuel injector cost. The injector itself is a normally closed valve (normally closed valve means that the valve is always closed when no control signal is input; while the normally open valve is when the control signal is not input, the valve is always open, by a The valve needle moves up and down to control the opening and closing of the valve. When the ECU issues an injection command, its voltage signal will cause current to flow through the coil in the injector, generating a magnetic field to suck the valve needle, allowing the valve to open so that the oil can The fuel injection hole is sprayed out. The nozzle part is one of the three precision parts of the traditional diesel engine, three precision parts: plunger, plunger sleeve, needle valve, needle valve body, oil outlet valve, oil outlet valve seat. The gasoline engine nozzle is part of the gasoline electrical control system, replacing the carburetor of the carburetor-type gasoline engine. Troubleshooting

Nozzle blocked

The needle can be used for dredging, and it should be carefully cleaned after dredging.How to clean injectors? The large plane of the needle valve body is in poor contact with the plane of the injector body, or the cylindrical surface of the needle valve is worn a lot. If the large plane of the needle valve body is in poor contact with the plane of the injector body, chrome oxide may be applied to the flat plate for "8" shape grinding; if the cylindrical surface of the needle valve is worn out, the needle valve coupler shall be replaced in pairs.

Poor sealing

The needle valve and the needle valve body are poorly sealed, resulting in poor atomization or dripping of the injector.

This kind of failure can be applied to the sealing tape at the end of the needle valve with fine chrome oxide or toothpaste, but never put it on the cylindrical part, then insert the needle valve into the needle valve body and knock it until it is close. The chromium oxide or toothpaste must be washed away after grinding.

Have air

There is air in the oil circuit. Simply remove the air from the oil circuit.

Poor oil supply

The oil pump needs to be overhauled. If the oil pipe joint leaks, you can try to connect it so that it does not leak.

Insufficient elasticity

The spring force of the piston spring is insufficient or the spring is broken. The spring should be replaced.

Piston wear

Piston wear affects oil supply. The piston needs to be replaced.
