If the coaxiality of the pump and the coupling exceeds the standard due to manufacturing reasons, and there is a deviation during assembly, the centrifugal force increases the deformation of the coupling as the rotation speed of the pump increases, and the deformation increases and the centrifugal force increases. This creates a vicious circle that produces vibrational noise that affects the life of the pump. In addition, there are also factors such as the looseness of the coupling pin pin is not tightened in time, and the rubber ring wear is not replaced in time.

2, the assembly requirements of the coupling

The coaxiality error of the two shafts of the rigid coupling is ≤0.05mm

The coaxiality error of the two axes of the flexible coupling is ≤0.1mm

The angular error of the two axes is <1°;

The drive shaft and the pump end should be kept at a distance of 5 to 10 mm;
